I’m Victor Onodu, but popularly known as Meegi Shuavy and my work as a Model, Creative Collaborator and Musician is driven by the desire to redefine how style is experienced. Every outfit tells a story, and when I step in front of the camera or onto a runway, I take on the role of the storyteller. My creativity extends beyond fashion; I thrive on collaboration and enjoy merging different art forms to create something unique. Whenever I’m working with brands, crafting visuals, or making music, I approach everything with a mindset that is bold, expressive, and unapologetically original.

A Journey of Art, Fashion, and Music

Growing up, everyone in my family was convinced I would become a lawyer or a politician. My sharp reasoning, critical thinking, and relentless debating skills made it nearly impossible for my siblings to win an argument against me. But as I grew older, something else captured my heart—Art, Music, and Fashion.

I found myself drawn to the world of creativity, constantly refining my artistic skills—sketching intricate designs, composing and writing music, and mastering the craft of sewing clothes from scratch. What started as a passion quickly became my purpose, shaping the trajectory of my life in ways I never imagined.

Building a Fashion Empire with Shauvy Studio

Over the years, my journey led me to establish Shauvy Studio, where my incredible team and I worked tirelessly to bring our fashion vision to life. The process was far from easy—it required mastering everything from design, printing, pattern-making, styling, graphic design, and material selection to understanding the intricate details that make fashion both an art and a business.

Finally, in 2018, we successfully launched our first pop-up store in Stratford, London, marking a major milestone in our journey. The overwhelming response and thousands of autumn sales proved that we were on the right path—creating designs that resonated with people.

Exploring Music & Expanding Creativity

Fashion wasn’t the only form of creative expression I pursued. In 2020, we released our debut EP, Space Lane—a musical project that reflected our artistic vision. Now available on all streaming platforms, it was another step in showcasing how art, in all its forms, can shape narratives and emotions.

While music remains an integral part of my journey, my primary focus is on expanding our fashion line globally. We are driven by a mission to bring bold, innovative designs to the world—merging creativity, culture, and identity into every piece we create.

I believe that life should be lived fully, and every moment should be enjoyed. Creativity thrives when we embrace self-expression and maximize every opportunity to feel good about ourselves.
